Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Galvity website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Galvity provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, marketing automation, AI marketing systems, and web design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements with each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery.
- Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and analytics tools.
- Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
- Make timely payments according to agreed payment terms.
Payment Terms
Service fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and deliverables created by Galvity for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. Galvity retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in service delivery.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Galvity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full. Month-to-month agreements can be cancelled with 30 days notice after the initial onboarding period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
